As a solutions engineer at Liberty Mutual, you’ll be responsible for guiding the development of systems, technical and product standards based on business plans and long-term strategies, while working in an agile environment that has the creative energy of a start-up—and the full backing and comprehensive benefits of a Fortune 100 company. This is a hybrid position requiring two days in the office a week (Boston, Portsmouth, Plano, Indianapolis, or Columbus Join us at the center of Liberty Mutual’s digital workflow ecosystem. Our Workflow & Automation squads’ power Hqueue, our Tier‑1, high‑performance workflow management system that processes millions of transactions with low latency and high throughput, alongside Bridgeway, our modern Micro Frontend (MFE) platform that enables rapid, scalable React application development and onboarding of rep‑facing experiences. In this role, you’ll shape mission‑critical systems, lead a motivated team of engineers solving complex, high‑impact problems.
