Job Summary We are seeking a passionate, intellectually curious, and technically skilled Solutions Engineer to join our growing DevOps team. In this role, you will be the trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert to our customers, with a specific focus on application-level and Agentic AI secrets management. This role involves working closely with the sales team, product management, and engineering teams to better position, demonstrate, and evaluate Idira solutions to customers. Your mission is to help customers secure machine identities and secrets across their DevOps pipelines, cloud-native applications, AI Agents and hybrid infrastructure. Idira Subject Matter Experts work with their business unit sales counterparts and are responsible for establishing the value of Idira solutions to prospective and current customers through demos, presentations, meetings, and proofs of concepts (POCs). SME’s also help to create successful and happy customers by building relationships and technical trust with customers. The SME is seen internally and externally as a technical expert on Idira products in their category, as well as an industry expert in identity and secrets management.
