About The Position

We’re seeking a Solutions Engagement Manager who can operate across the full customer lifecycle—from late-stage sales and scoping, through implementation and go-live. This is not a single-lane role. You will craft Statements of Work, lead project delivery, and build lasting relationships that drive retention and growth. This is a role for a high-capacity, strategically minded professional who thrives in complexity, moves fast, and holds themselves to an exceptionally high standard of outcomes. You will work across multiple industries and client types—healthcare, logistics, retail, municipal, and more—adapting your approach to the unique operational and business context of each. Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a client-facing role spanning implementation, customer success, consulting, or solutions delivery—ideally with exposure to sales scoping and Statements of Work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across different industries and client types—quickly learning new operating environments and adapting your approach accordingly.
  • Strong command of project management fundamentals—timelines, dependencies, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery accountability.
  • Able to zoom out and think about the full client relationship and business outcome—not just the immediate task—and to advise clients on best approaches rather than just executing requests.
  • Comfortable participating in late-stage sales conversations, helping scope engagements, and authoring professional Statements of Work.
  • Known for being the person who gets it done. You carry a high workload without sacrificing quality, and you set the pace rather than follow it.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to tailor your message to executives, technical teams, and operational users alike.
  • When things don’t go as planned—and in implementations they sometimes don’t—you diagnose quickly, communicate clearly, and drive resolution without drama.
  • Genuine interest in emerging technology, autonomous systems, IoT, or logistics is a strong plus. Proficiency with CRM, project management, and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, Linear, Notion) is valued.
  • Energized by fast-moving environments where structure is earned, not given—and where your contributions are visible and impactful.

  • Tech Curiosity: Genuine interest in emerging technology, autonomous systems, IoT, or logistics is a strong plus. Proficiency with CRM, project management, and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, Linear, Notion) is valued.

Responsibilities

  • Partner on Deals: Collaborate with business development and leadership to support late-stage sales conversations—translating client needs into clear, compelling solutions.
  • Author Statements of Work: Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria for implementation engagements across diverse client environments.
  • Consult to Close: Serve as a trusted technical and operational voice during the final stages of the sales cycle, building confidence with prospective customers.
  • Own the Rollout: Lead end-to-end implementation of Arrive AI solutions—managing timelines, stakeholders, integrations, and milestone delivery with precision.
  • Multi-Industry Expertise: Adapt implementation approaches across sectors including logistics, healthcare, retail, municipal, and enterprise—understanding each client’s operating environment and regulatory context.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, operations, and field teams to deliver smooth, on-time deployments.
  • Project Manage with Rigor: Maintain clear project plans, risk registers, and status communications—keeping stakeholders aligned and projects on track.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Advocate internally for client needs, translating field feedback into product and process improvements.
  • Responsibilities include all other duties as assigned.
