About The Position

The Solutions & Enablement Analyst plays a vital role in scaling Fleet Team operations by translating business needs into sustainable solutions through tools, processes, and training. This role drives clarity and efficiency across the organization by enabling three core areas: platform support, process optimization, and project collaboration. The Solutions & Enablement Analyst configures and enhances internal platforms such as Salesforce, Monday.com, and Pardot; documents and improves workflows and onboarding materials; and partners across teams to support cross-functional initiatives. By maintaining internal tools, standardizing knowledge resources, and fostering user adoption, this role ensures teams are equipped to operate more effectively and consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or operations management
  • Three to five years of experience in operations or business process management, including understanding process flow, adoption barriers, and workflow and knowledge management. Experience with continuous improvement is also required.
  • Strong ability to map workflows and identify inefficiencies.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Experience developing or maintaining knowledge bases/SOP libraries.
  • Skilled in facilitation and stakeholder management, especially when gathering process input or building consensus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication to turn technical or operational content into easy-to-understand guides and training.
  • Experience developing training materials or onboarding documentation for tools or workflows.
  • Skilled at bridging the gap between non-technical users and IT/development teams.
  • Experience supporting or leading internal projects, particularly tool rollouts, system enhancements, or workflow redesigns.
  • Organized and methodical; able to track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Monday.com and Salesforce (Certifications such as Salesforce Administration, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Associate, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Basic configuration, enhancements, and support of internal platforms such as Salesforce and Monday.com to meet evolving business needs
  • Troubleshoot user issues, implement low-code solutions, and maintain essential configurations to streamline operations
  • Monitor platform updates and releases, assess their impact, and guide teams through changes
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and GNCO IT on escalated issues and large-scale initiatives
  • Facilitate user feedback and training to maximize adoption and effective use of internal platforms
  • Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Fleet Team processes.
  • Maintain client onboarding materials, including presentations and related Monday.com boards, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to document and improve cross-functional workflows
  • Translate operational needs into platform updates, documentation, or training
  • Lead the knowledge management strategy for key business tools and processes
  • Maintain a centralized knowledge repository that supports onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing process adoption
  • Manage Monday.com boards by customizing templates, automating workflows, and assigning users to support efficient collaboration.
  • Act as a translator between technical teams, and external consultants
  • Lead or support discovery sessions for new tools, workflows, or change initiatives
  • Assist with planning and executing platform improvements and internal solution-focused projects
