The Retirement Solutions (RS) Enablement Team equips Sales and Operations associates to deliver maximum customer and business value. We do this by developing and executing enablement and adoption plans for new or enhanced capabilities prioritized by the RS Strategic Portfolio. We deliver aligned, streamlined, and cohesive deliverables to our Sales and Operations partners that make it easier for them to achieve revenue and/or efficiency goals. The Enablement role will be responsible for: Developing, leading, and executing enablement plans to bring RS products, solutions, and features to market to ensure readiness for teams so they can effectively and confidently achieve their goals. Partnering with Leadership to gain buy-in to support the execution of the Enablement plan. Developing content to support the initial launch and ongoing maintenance of new/existing solutions working with cross-functional partners. Example deliverables could include reference guides, job aides, talking points, communications, reinforcement and coaching guides, and facilitation of client demos/presentations. Partnering with instructional designers on the Enablement team to inform the creation of training resources. The preference for this role would be for the Consultant to work a hybrid in-office schedule out of our Columbus, OH location (2-3 days per week), but remote candidates will be considered depending upon the talent in the candidate pool.
