Job Summary for the Solutions Consultant The Solutions Consultant presents Streamline solutions to potential and current customers, attends trade shows and is a part of the product demonstration team. Primary focus is to assist with new business sales via product demonstration and knowledge through coordinated efforts of the regional sales teams. Solutions staff work closely with other functional areas of Streamline including Product Management, Engineering, Implementation, and Support. They interact with potential customers to provide the most optimal solutions for their healthcare technology automation requirements. This is a remote position based in the United States. The salary range for the position is $70,000 - $115,000, DOE. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software is required.
  • Strong presentation abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage both onsite and web-based presentations
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills & problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed
  • Knowledge of office suite products such as MS Office, G Suite, etc.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Active participation in the completion of RFP’s and RFI’s
  • Work with sales staff on understanding current and potential client needs and requirements
  • Demonstrate the SmartCare solution to prospective customers
  • Attend conferences nationally and present the SmartCare solution
  • Subject Matter Expert on SmartCare
  • Continual review of healthcare technology environment
  • Maintain active relationships with Streamline Product Management and Engineering leaders
  • Continual active review of the SmartCare application functionality and Road Map
  • Build relationships with prospects, conducting needs assessments to identify organizational EHR requirements.
