The Opportunity As a strategic problem solver and trusted technical advisor, you will lead the pre-sales engagement for Adobe’s Digital Experience Cloud solutions within the Federal Civilian sector. Partnering closely with the Public Sector sales team, you will showcase the value of Adobe’s technology through tailored presentations and demonstrations. Aid government agencies by overcoming obstacles, improving service provision, and improving user happiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years in a pre-sales, consulting, or software development role focused on enterprise software and cloud/SaaS solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technologies, web development (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS), web protocols, and analytics tools.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to involve senior-level customers and guide discussions on business needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings and solution workshops.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with U.S. Federal Civilian agencies is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account executives to position Adobe solutions that address complex customer challenges.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand agency goals and requirements.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that showcase Adobe’s value and impact.
  • Scope and architect solutions aligned to customer needs, including responses to RFPs and technical evaluations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, articulating Adobe’s point of view and guiding customers through the technical sales process.
  • Partner across Adobe’s ecosystem—including product, engineering, and customer success teams—to ensure alignment and drive long-term customer value and success.
  • Support U.S. Federal Civilian agencies, helping them modernize digital experiences and improve service delivery through innovative, secure, and scalable solutions.
