Inn-Flow is hiring a Solutions Consultant to help us build and scale our pre-sales technical function. This is a critical, high-impact role that will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success to drive new business while shaping how we demonstrate, position, and deliver value to prospective customers. This role will sit within Customer Success, reporting to the VP of Customer Success, with a strong dotted-line partnership with the Director of Sales. You’ll act as the technical and operational expert in the sales process — leading discovery, tailoring solutions, and delivering highly relevant, value-driven product demonstrations. You’ll work closely with hotel management companies and owner-operators, helping them understand how Inn-Flow can streamline accounting, payroll, labor, and operational workflows across their portfolio. Beyond supporting deals, this role will help build the foundation of our Solutions Consulting practice — including processes, assets, and performance insights — ensuring we can scale this function as the business grows. This is a hybrid role based in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area, with in-office collaboration in Raleigh on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Occasional travel is expected for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
