Available Office Locations: New York | Raleigh | Philadelphia | New Jersey | UK Overview: The Solutions Consultant is a customer-facing advisor responsible for driving adoption of our practice-of-law tools across strategic & enterprise accounts. In this role you will deal directly with lawyers and legal professionals to understand existing workflows, advise on product best-practice, and collaborate on success plans. You will also work cross-functionally with customer success, product, revenue and marketing teams within Litera to articulate customer feedback and devise effective adoption strategies.
