Braze is seeking a Solutions Consultant for its Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports (MEGS) segment, focusing on the Americas book of business. Solutions Consultants act as trusted advisors to prospective customers during the sales process, leveraging product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices. The role aims to establish strong foundations for long-term customer partnerships, starting pre-sales. This position is a critical team member, serving as a technical thought leader across the MEGS vertical, various customer types, and geographic markets. Braze Solutions Consultants combine salesmanship and storytelling with the technical understanding of how Braze's technology delivers value. They help 'make it real' during the sales process to build customer confidence in Braze's capabilities and team. This role offers an opportunity to expand thought leadership skills while collaborating with Braze's sales, marketing, security, and product teams. It requires experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success, along with a strong curiosity for technology. The role also involves mentoring other Solutions Consultants on the team. The position requires up to 50% travel at peak times and is based in the San Francisco office.
