About The Position

High Ground Service Pros is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Solutions Center Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This full-time, onsite position is responsible for converting opportunities into sales, promoting memberships and service solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience over the phone. As one of the final points of contact for our customers, this role is critical to driving revenue, building trust, and ensuring every customer feels confident choosing High Ground Service Pros for their HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, over-the-phone sales, or call center sales
  • Experience with sales prospecting techniques such as cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with trial close, looping close, and negotiation methods
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Ability to commute to Manchester, NH (100% onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers seeking HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services
  • Convert opportunities into sales and partnering with the technician while in the customer's home
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls for unsold estimates
  • Educate customers on memberships, financing options, promotions, and service solutions
  • Identify customer needs and maximize revenue opportunities by recommending appropriate next steps
  • Utilize advanced sales techniques including trial closes, looping closes, and negotiation strategies
  • Deliver professional, energetic, and empathetic customer service on every interaction
  • Build immediate rapport and trust while representing the High Ground Service Pros brand
  • Resolve customer concerns, objections, and scheduling conflicts effectively
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM, scheduling, and ERP systems such as ServiceTitan and HATCH
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call conversion rates, membership sales, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction
  • Follow call scripts, sales processes, and company systems while personalizing customer conversations
  • Maintain detailed notes on customer interactions and outcomes within ServiceTitan
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and recurring 1-on-1 performance reviews
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager
