Perficient•Town and Country, MO
•$130,000 - $170,000

About The Position

Perficient is hiring a marketing-focused techno-functional lead to own the marketing solution and its requirements end to end on a long-term, AI-first Salesforce program for a Fortune 50 global automotive manufacturer. The role includes leading discovery with marketing stakeholders, owning marketing solution design and client sign-off, and maintaining a holistic view of how marketing connects with Salesforce Core and the client’s enterprise data and analytics environment. The distributed program spans Salesforce Core, Marketing Cloud, Data 360, and Agentforce, with work moving across these platforms and toward Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360. Perficient’s Salesforce practice works in small, AI-first teams. AI tools draft requirements, stories, configuration, tests, and documentation; the responsible person reviews, corrects, approves, and remains accountable for the work. The architect directs and critically reviews AI-generated work, uses agentic tools and platform sandboxes to validate designs, explains and defends decisions to clients, and adapts as tools and systems evolve.
