  • Strong technical foundation across enterprise architecture, software and hardware platforms, AI, data center, cloud, and modern application environments, with the ability and willingness to work hands-on.
  • Ability to translate complex technologies and customer requirements into scalable architectures, proofs of concept/value, and repeatable partner solutions.
  • Comfortable engaging audiences ranging from developers and architects to senior technical and business executives, translating complex technical capabilities into meaningful business value.
  • Proven ability to influence and mobilize teams across partner organizations, engineering, product, sales, and business functions without direct authority.
  • Self-directed learner who is comfortable entering unfamiliar technical territory, solving complex problems, and operating as both a strategic advisor and a doer.
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, another engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience working at or closely with Global Systems Integrators, with strong understanding of GSI practices, solution development, Centers of Excellence, industry use cases, and go-to-market models.
  • Strong solution architecture and development experience across AI/ML and Generative AI, data center, cloud, HPC, client, and/or enterprise application environments.
  • Hands-on understanding of modern software development and DevOps lifecycles, including experience working directly with developers and technical teams.
  • Experience architecting full-stack infrastructure solutions spanning compute, storage, networking, virtualization, containers, and orchestration.
  • Experience with technologies and platforms such as Kubernetes, VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat OpenShift, and related enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI and data ecosystems, ML/DL frameworks, MLOps, and modern AI application development.
  • Experience developing proofs of concept/value, technical enablement programs, reference architectures, or repeatable partner solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex technical architectures and capabilities into compelling customer, partner, and business value propositions.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across highly matrixed global organizations while independently driving initiatives forward.
