Solutions Architect

Lirvana Labs•New York, NY
•$90,000 - $175,000

About The Position

Lirvana Labs is hiring a Solutions Architect to own the end-to-end process of turning school and district partners’ needs into working production solutions. The role begins with customer discovery alongside Sales, identifying what principals and school leaders actually need, and continues through requirements, prototyping, development, evaluation, deployment, and handoff to the platform team. The work includes building prototypes, proofs of concept, custom agentic tools and workflows, evaluation scripts, and data pipelines on top of Lirvana Labs’ platform. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, DevOps, Product, and platform teams, help scope custom workflows and roadmap dependencies, and co-own the sales pipeline by building working prototypes that support deals and establish partner trust. The approximate allocation is half the time building, one quarter in discovery, and one quarter translating requirements into shippable solutions. The role reports to the Head of Product. Lirvana Labs is a small, action-oriented team that emphasizes high ownership, co-design with partners, and accountability for outcomes. Compensation is $90,000–$175,000 per year, plus commission and equity, scaled to experience.
