As a Solutions Architect, you will work hands-on with Vantage’s most strategic and technically complex customers to ensure successful adoption and long-term value. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on implementation, architecture, and problem-solving, rather than pure support or customer success. You’ll embed directly with customers during onboarding and expansion moments, helping design cloud cost allocation models, integrate complex data providers, and unblock technical challenges, while also feeding customer insights and feedback to Product and Engineering. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to customers, understands cloud infrastructure deeply, and wants to influence both customer outcomes and product direction.
