What: A Solutions Architect position and an outstanding ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value When: ASAP! We are looking to hire and onboard a new hire as soon as we find the right person for the job. Exciting work awaits! Where: Remote: Your home base! This role is eligible for 100% remote work. Why: This role sits at the center of product strategy, technical delivery, and customer success for some of Spotnana’s largest enterprise customers and partners. You will help customers unlock the full value of the Spotnana platform by designing scalable, high-impact solutions that connect their systems, data, and workflows. From pre-sales through deployment and ongoing optimization, you will play a key role in shaping how customers adopt and expand on the platform while helping influence long-term product direction. How (to land the job!): The process starts with an intro call with our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about your background and share what it’s like to work at Spotnana. You’ll then meet with the hiring manager, followed by technical and cross-functional conversations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working directly with customers to deploy enterprise software, lead implementations, or support complex data-driven solutions
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs across technical and business teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical stakeholders and executive audiences
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and implementation strategies
  • Strong data modeling, systems thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or complex ecosystem environments

Responsibilities

  • Partner with enterprise customers as a strategic and technical advisor throughout the platform lifecycle, from pre-sales through deployment and post-launch optimization
  • Analyze customer systems, data flows, and technical workflows to design scalable solutions using Spotnana’s platform
  • Lead configuration, integration, and deployment efforts across APIs, ERP, HRIS, booking, payments, and partner systems
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and scalable solution design
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide customers through resolution and optimization strategies
  • Create documentation, enablement materials, and training resources to support customer adoption and internal knowledge sharing
  • Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI-driven capabilities to improve customer workflows and travel experiences

  • The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on a number of factors including the candidate’s working location.
