About The Position

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and delivering tailored technology solutions that address complex enterprise requirements. This role blends deep technical expertise, architectural insight, and consultative skills to guide pre-sales and deployment processes. You will create solution designs, assess client environments, and provide strategic guidance that maximizes business value. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are implementable and scalable. This position offers the opportunity to shape technical strategies, influence critical enterprise initiatives, and support clients in achieving secure, efficient, and innovative IT solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a pre-sales or solutions engineer supporting enterprise software deployments.
• Strong experience with identity, access, and privilege management solutions, including PAM, secure remote access, or related cybersecurity technologies.
• Demonstrable ability to design, implement, and communicate technical solutions for complex enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Windows, Unix/Linux, macOS, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Office365/M365) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with incident response, threat detection, and security best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, customer-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

• relevant certifications (CISSP, MCSE, GWAPT, CEH, ITIL)
• knowledge of IAM systems, ITSM/CMDB tools
• security solution consulting experience

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and develop technical solutions, particularly for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Secure Remote Access, addressing complex enterprise requirements.
• Validate designs authored by solution engineers and create bespoke solutions tailored to multi-product opportunities.
• Communicate solution designs, business value, and technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at varying levels of expertise.
• Provide pre-sales and consultative support to customers, partners, and internal teams, including assessments, advisory, and proof-of-concept execution.
• Assess customer environments, identify deficiencies, and recommend target architectures and roadmaps for improvement.
• Deliver technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, webinars, and support trade shows or internal enablement events.
• Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, and other internal teams to support successful solution deployment and knowledge transfer.
