About The Position

Dev.Pro is hiring a Solutions Architect to join its global team and work on an orchestration platform for a leading global fintech company. The platform enables business partners to integrate once and offer an expanding range of embedded financial products to their clients. Dev.Pro is a US-based outsourced software development company with a remote-first team working across more than 55 countries on five continents. The Solutions Architect will own end-to-end architecture across AWS infrastructure, .NET services, data flows, and partner integrations. The role provides architectural leadership throughout the development lifecycle, from discovery through production, and involves close collaboration with engineering teams, technical leadership, stakeholders, and external partners. The architect will shape reusable patterns for new products and provider integrations and drive decisions that support secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years as a Solutions Architect.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
  • Strong hands-on AWS architecture experience delivering secure, production-grade distributed systems.
  • Solid experience with microservices, REST APIs, asynchronous and event-driven patterns, and enterprise integrations.
  • Working knowledge of React-based architecture, micro-frontends or embeddable components, and browser security.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, covering data modeling, performance, and migrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and automated release controls.
  • Ability to define non-functional requirements for availability, scalability, performance, recoverability, security, privacy, and supportability.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions and influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel to the U.S. for onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Nice To Haves

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification at the Associate or Professional level.
  • Background in payments, financial services, embedded finance, lending, Banking as a Service, or regulated platforms.
  • Experience with Akamai, AWS KMS/ACM, Argo CD, Snowflake, SFTP/file integrations, and enterprise identity/SSO.
  • Experience with pluggable provider architectures, white-label portals, embeddable widgets, or multi-tenant platforms.
  • Familiarity with architecture governance, threat modeling, PCI-related controls, privacy requirements, and audit evidence.

Responsibilities

  • Own solution architecture from discovery through production, including technical designs, transition plans, and engineering guidance.
  • Design architectures across React portals, embeddable widgets, .NET microservices, APIs, Python data pipelines, and databases.
  • Design AWS solutions using EKS, Lambda, ECS, S3, and Step Functions.
  • Maintain architecture decision records, context and sequence diagrams, API and event contracts, non-functional requirements, and deployment views.
  • Guide secure integrations with embedded finance providers, partners, identity services, enterprise APIs, file-based exchanges, webhooks, and downstream billing or settlement capabilities.
  • Define patterns for service boundaries, API-first design, event-driven processing, idempotency, resiliency, error handling, auditability, and modular provider onboarding.
  • Identify technical risks and cross-team dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
  • Partner with platform engineering teams on Terraform or Pulumi, Kubernetes, CI/CD, environment strategy, secrets management, and release controls.
  • Drive secure design using IAM, encryption, key and secret management, TLS and certificate management, network segmentation, least privilege, and secure development practices.
  • Define observability standards and lead performance, resilience, and production-readiness reviews.
  • Coach engineers, resolve cross-team decisions, and communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
