About The Position

Kharon is seeking a full-time, New York City-based Solutions Architect to help embed its sanctions and risk intelligence into clients’ screening tools, onboarding flows, and custom applications. This is the first Solutions Architect on the new Implementations team, combining integration architecture with hands-on investigative building. The role requires in-office attendance at least three days per week and spans client implementations from solution design through go-live, technical discovery, proof-of-concept development, post-launch support, product feedback, and technical contributions to RFPs and security reviews. The Solutions Architect will work closely with the Director of Implementations, technical account managers, Sales, Customer Success, and Product. As the team and its processes are being established, this person will help create the implementation playbook and shape how the team operates as it grows in 2027. The role requires comfort making sound decisions where precedents and processes are still developing. Kharon provides risk intelligence related to global security threats and international commerce. Its products help financial and multinational institutions assess risks associated with business relationships and operationalize information related to financial crimes, sanctions, export controls, and threats. The company describes itself as experiencing significant growth and aims to provide a supportive workplace for its employees.
