You will serve as the strategic bridge connecting customer vision, implementation delivery, and product innovation, directly influencing how enterprise construction leaders modernize their businesses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing, training, and/or supporting Trimble Construction One software applications (B2W Estimate, Track, Maintain, Schedule).
• 5+ years of professional consulting or training experience specifically within the construction industry.
• Deep expertise in construction business processes, specifically within operations principles (Estimating, Site Management, Equipment Management) and/or project management workflows (Job Costing, Change Management, Billing).
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, requirements gathering, and driving multi-project engagements.
• Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Trimble solutions such as Vista ERP, Spectrum ERP, ProjectSight, App Xchange, or and Field View.
• Experience utilizing Smartsheet or Professional Services Automation tools such as Kantata.
• PMP certification or formal background in instructional design and technical consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design tailored workflow architectures and establish long-term digital strategies.
• Act as a primary technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams to guide new product introductions.
• Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to innovate delivery methodologies and refine internal consulting processes.
• Resolve complex architectural escalations while driving continuous process improvements across client engagements.
