About The Position

Hyro, a leader in Responsible AI Agents for Healthcare, is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their post-sales team in NYC. This role is crucial for driving next-generation conversational AI experiences by acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The Solutions Architect will perform scoping meetings, provide architectural recommendations for Hyro's product, and ensure high-quality deployments. This position requires bridging the gap between technical solutions and business value, working closely with R&D on AI and NLU innovations, and managing client projects from post-sales through maintenance. The ideal candidate is a passionate technologist and customer advocate.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect of a technical product or other relevant customer-facing technical positions
  • Experience in managing deployments, providing technical support, and troubleshooting
  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent; deep technical understanding
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of the product and software development lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap, and release
  • Ability to make trade-offs between long-term vision & strategy and short-term needs
  • Exceptional multi-tasker with great communication skills
  • Be proactive in addressing and foreseeing issues that may come up during the deployment cycles
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

  • Perform scoping meetings
  • Make architectural recommendations for Hyro’s product
  • Deliver high-quality deployments
  • Bridge the gap and connect the dots between the technical solution and business value for the customer from post-sales to the maintenance stage
  • Immerse yourself in Conversational AI and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technologies and innovations
  • Work closely with the R&D department to keep improving our state-of-the-art solution
  • Own the client’s projects, managing deployments of Hyro’s responsible AI Agents
  • Project confidence as a trusted advisor for customers as well as internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, and more
  • Advise clients on best practices, understanding the client’s goals and prescribing the best approach to achieve those goals
  • Designing, modifying, and testing Hyro’s products on customer's environment and troubleshooting should we encounter issues
