About The Position

emergiTEL is hiring a Solution Architect for our client in the Telecommunications industry. This is a 06 Months Contract role. Liaise with Enterprise Architecture to ensure solutions align with the architecture vision and strategic and tactical roadmaps. Responsible for the creation of the Application Architecture Blueprint. Liaise with Business Partners to ensure solutions meet current and long-term strategic business needs. Collaborate with Business Primes, Enterprise Architecture, and other Architects to determine Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance. Lead and collaborate with Project Teams, Business Systems Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to create, drive, and communicate the overall architectural vision through project delivery. Assist Enterprise Architecture in the evaluation and assessment of vendor applications. Support the preparation of estimates for new technology applications and the maintenance of existing applications. Provide mentorship, coaching, and knowledge transfer to relevant teams. Work across multiple technology components and development initiatives to ensure consistency, continuity, efficiency, and quality. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and capable of supporting complex business applications. Interact with senior management and executive stakeholders on matters affecting multiple functional areas, departments, and clients. Identify, mentor, and support the growth of talent within the team to prepare individuals for future Solution Architect roles.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Expertise in one or more specialized disciplines such as: Database Architecture Test / Quality Assurance (QA) SAP Solutions Billing Systems Provisioning Systems Enterprise Application Architecture
• Strong knowledge of application architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience developing Application Architecture Blueprints and solution roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), governance, and operational excellence.
• Proficiency with Java and J2EE technologies.
• Experience integrating complex business applications across multiple systems and platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, architecture, and technology teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
