About The Position

As a Solutions Architect, you’ll lead complex enterprise-scale NAVWAR technology programs spanning systems engineering, product development, cloud architecture, artificial intelligence, data modernization, and test and evaluation for mission-critical operational systems. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing system-of-systems engineering and technical product delivery within highly complex defense environments, with a proven ability to translate operational requirements into technical strategies, architectures, roadmaps, and executable programs. This position will provide technical and programmatic leadership across cross-functional engineering, product, data, cloud, and operational teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the establishment of product vision, driving multi-year technical roadmaps, managing complex system integrations, and delivering secure, scalable capabilities that support mission-critical decision-making and operational readiness. Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in systems engineering, technical program management, product management, or software engineering
• Experience leading enterprise-scale or defense technology programs involving complex systems and multiple stakeholders
• Experience in system-of-systems engineering and enterprise architecture
• Experience developing and executing technical product strategies and multi-year product roadmaps
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering, product, data, and technology teams, and operating within highly-regulated, secure, or classified environments
• Experience integrating legacy systems with modern data and technology platforms
• Knowledge of Agile product development and technical delivery methodologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and operational stakeholders
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, or Engineering

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data-centric and data-mesh architectures
• Experience with Azure and AWS GovCloud or Cloud architecture in defense or government environments
• Experience with classified data platforms and enterprise data environments
• Experience with predictive analytics, operational decision-support systems, readiness analytics, and predictive maintenance
• Experience with engineering legacy system modernization and enterprise integration
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and performing Agile transformation and product delivery
• Knowledge of AI/ML, data-centric engineering, cloud computing, and modern software development practices
• Possession of excellent technical communication, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master’s degree in CS, Information Systems, or Engineering
