Solutions Architect (f/m/d)

NewStore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their team as a Technical Implementation Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of customer implementations, from project kickoff to complete delivery. The ideal candidate will have a background in the retail industry and commerce, with a track record of successful large-scale global rollouts. You will work closely with internal teams and solution integration partners to ensure the attainment of customer objectives within time and scope, while maintaining the quality of the architecture. • Meet with clients to define and articulate business requirements and architect complex solutions leveraging NewStore, existing IT landscape, and recommend solutions with an eye to future scalability, performance, operations, and maintenance
• Educate and guide decisions made by solution partners and the customer technical team as a subject matter expert
• Influence stakeholders and team members as a seasoned customer-facing professional
• Attain customer objectives within time and scope while maintaining the quality of the architecture
• Travel 25%
• Have relevant experience with eCommerce, OMS, In-Store retail, and (m)POS systems and processes, CRM, ERP, and Fulfillment integrations
• Have a technical background in implementing on the client- and server-side, including RESTful Web services, web technologies, and mobile applications (Javascript a plus)
• Proven success with delivering projects on time, in scope, and to customer business objectives
• Enjoy working with customers and being customer-focused

• Relevant experience with several subject areas such as eCommerce, OMS, In-Store retail, and (m)POS systems and processes, CRM, ERP, and Fulfillment integrations
• Technical background on implementing on the client- and server-side: RESTful Web services, web technologies, mobile applications (Javascript a plus)
• Proven success with delivering projects on time, in scope, and to customer business objectives
