About The Position

This role is designed for a technically savvy, client-focused professional who partners closely with enterprise sales teams to solve complex business and risk challenges. You will lead the design and delivery of tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of the platform, working with both technical and executive stakeholders. The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise software sales, risk management, and technical architecture to ensure successful outcomes for customers. You will collaborate with product and innovation teams, providing market and client insights to influence the roadmap. Success in this position comes from being a trusted advisor, guiding multi-stakeholder sales efforts, and connecting technical solutions to strategic business outcomes. Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting in enterprise software.
  • Experience supporting commercial enterprise sales, working alongside sales teams, and engaging directly with client executives.
  • Domain knowledge in supply chain risk management, third-party risk, or cyber-related risk is strongly preferred.
  • Technical understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and data concepts; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adaptable for both senior executives and technical audiences.
  • Strong collaborative mindset, capable of influencing deals and guiding clients toward successful outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Domain knowledge in supply chain risk management, third-party risk, or cyber-related risk is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution design with the commercial sales team, shaping how the platform addresses complex risk, compliance, and operational challenges for enterprise clients.
  • Own the technical win by engaging in customer discussions and workshops to understand priorities, define success, and align platform capabilities to outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and technical stakeholders, maintaining credibility and focus on risk reduction and impact.
  • Support multi-stakeholder sales efforts involving procurement, compliance, legal, security, and supply chain teams.
  • Provide actionable market and client insights to product and innovation teams to inform the platform roadmap.
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs between pre-sales, sales, and post-sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
