You will partner closely with sales teams to shape solutions that align business goals with technical requirements, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. The position offers high visibility with enterprise prospects, exposure to complex MarTech ecosystems, and opportunities to influence solution design and product direction. You will lead discovery, demonstrations, and solution planning while translating sophisticated technology into clear business outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a digital marketing, SaaS, or technology environment
  • Proven background in pre-sales or solutions consulting, including demos, RFP responses, and supporting enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience within the marketing technology ecosystem, with familiarity in affiliate, partnership, or digital marketing preferred
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and integrations, including knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, and file transfer systems
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling messages for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging executive stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative approach
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new products, use cases, and industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams as a core member of account squads to support prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand current and future states, technical requirements, success metrics, and desired business outcomes
  • Design solution plans and technical integration documentation to ensure smooth handoff to onboarding and customer success teams
  • Deliver platform demonstrations, presentations, and working sessions that build confidence in proposed solutions
  • Scope and validate technical solutions, including proof-of-concept activities when needed
  • Draft technical RFP responses and manage technical and security questionnaires within required timelines
  • Collaborate with product teams to share customer feedback, influence roadmap discussions, and stay current on new capabilities
  • Create reusable technical and solution content to support broader sales and solutions initiatives
