About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Community Solutions Architect to design and optimize workflows, tools, and systems that allow online communities to thrive at scale. This role bridges technical infrastructure and operational strategy, ensuring that CRM platforms and community tools are fully integrated, automated, and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will collaborate across multiple teams—engineering, product, IT, legal, and community—to implement scalable solutions, enhance adoption of critical tools, and turn complex data into actionable insights. You will lead initiatives that improve efficiency, drive engagement, and strengthen overall community operations. This position offers the opportunity to shape the technical ecosystem supporting a highly active, global user base, while working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Systems Architecture, or Community Operations, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Expert-level knowledge of CRM architecture (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the ability to tailor these tools to complex community workflows.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in APIs, webhooks, and data visualization/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, BigQuery, SQL).
  • Proven ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans for diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable, comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on implementation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the long-term roadmap for community technology, ensuring tools like CRM, automation platforms, and third-party solutions are scalable and fully integrated.
  • Act as the primary architect for community CRM systems, maintaining data integrity, building custom objects, and designing seamless workflows between Community and Success teams.
  • Lead the selection, vendor management, and rollout of new tools to optimize capacity and efficiency.
  • Design end-to-end workflows connecting community engagement with business data, minimizing technical debt and maximizing adoption.
  • Partner with community teams to define metrics for health, tiers, and growth, building data pipelines and dashboards to demonstrate ROI to leadership.
  • Navigate cross-functional relationships with engineering, privacy, IT, and legal teams to ensure solutions meet operational, security, and compliance standards.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits and income replacement programs.
  • 401k with employer match.
  • Global benefits covering workspace, professional development, and caregiving support.
  • Family planning and gender-affirming care.
  • Mental health support and coaching programs.
  • Flexible vacation policies and paid volunteer time off.
  • Generous paid parental leave.
  • Equity opportunities and competitive total compensation packages.
