About The Position

This role involves a blend of pre-sales and post-sales responsibilities focused on Autonomic Security Operations (ASO). The Solutions Architect will articulate the business value of ASO to C-level executives, shifting conversations from alert counting to reducing Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), mitigating business risk, and enhancing cyber resilience. Key activities include conducting technical discovery sessions, mapping client environments against the MITRE ATT&CK matrix, evaluating gaps, assessing attack surfaces and data sources, and designing Proof of Value (PoV) demonstrations. In post-sales, the role involves overseeing architectural onboarding, ensuring data ingestion optimization, acting as a 'Security Consultant in Residence', aligning controls with threats using MITRE heatmaps, and evaluating threat developments to communicate adjustments to clients. The role also serves as the 'voice of the customer' for product and engineering teams, providing feedback for platform evolution, and staying abreast of industry trends in AI/ML-driven security platforms.

Requirements

  • Expert ability to map security log sources to the MITRE ATT&CK framework and explain the practical business impact of specific techniques to key stakeholders.
  • Deep technical understanding of attack surfaces, security controls, and trending cyber threats.
  • Proven track record in a pre-sales or billable consulting role.
  • Comfort with whiteboarding complex enterprise security architectures for both deeply technical engineers and non-technical executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Google SecOps (Chronicle), CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or similar security platforms, alongside a strong understanding of how modern data lakes power security analytics.
  • Adept at leveraging modern AI tools (such as NotebookLM, Gemini, ChatGPT) to optimize workflows, research threats, and enhance operational delivery.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Information Security.
  • At least 5 years of consultancy experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a track record of effectively engaging with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Proven project management skills with a detail-oriented, self-directed approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate the clear business value of Autonomic Security Operations to C-level executives.
  • Shift client conversations from "counting alerts" to drastically reducing Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), mitigating business risk, and enhancing cyber resilience.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to map complex client environments against the MITRE ATT&CK matrix, evaluating gaps that our platform will address.
  • Thoroughly review client attack surfaces, ingestion data sources, and existing security controls.
  • Design and lead technical demonstrations showing how our platform transforms raw telemetry into actionable ActOns using Resolution Intelligence logic.
  • Oversee high-level architectural design for enterprise client onboardings, ensuring data ingestion across SIEM and XDR environments is optimized for ASO- style analytics.
  • Act as a "Security Consultant in Residence" in post-sales engagements.
  • Leverage the ACT framework to align evolving attack surfaces with existing controls and emerging threats, utilizing MITRE heatmaps to demonstrate expanding service coverage.
  • Proactively evaluate major global threat developments (such as emerging zero-day vulnerabilities) and communicate directly with clients regarding adjustments made to their ASO detection posture.
  • Serve as the definitive "voice of the customer" for internal product and engineering teams.
  • Identify technical friction points during rollout to continuously improve implementation efficiency and service margins.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in the security operations landscape.
  • Maintain the technical depth required to evaluate, compare, and contrast competing AI/ML- driven security platforms.
