About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned healthcare technology leader to drive our AI Industry Solutions for the Healthcare Provider segment. You will define the solution vision, shape major transformation opportunities, and partner with C-suite leaders across the nation’s largest health systems. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving growth, developing differentiated offerings, and guiding strategic programs to build AI-native solutions across clinical, operational, and administrative domains. If you are a proven AI leader with deep healthcare Provider expertise—and a passion for transforming care delivery through technology—this is an opportunity to shape the future of our business. Work with our Provider AI leader and client discussing current state while looking at future state and bring forth technology solution ideas using AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in designing and developing AI/ML solutions
  • 10 years of experience in healthcare Provider technology, consulting, or systems integration.
  • Deep understanding of health system operations, clinical workflows, digital transformation, and EHR ecosystems.
  • Ability to communicate technology in business terms.
  • Demonstrated success shaping and being part of a team winning large-scale transformation or managed services deals ($10M+).
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CEOs, CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, and clinical leaders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional global teams and driving innovation at scale.
  • Experience participating in key industry events, be a moderator and speaker, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Set the industry strategy for Healthcare Provider AI solutions and define a multi-year roadmap.
  • Develop and enhance AI solution offerings in areas including: Digital front door & patient experience, Clinical workflow optimization, Cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure modernization, Revenue cycle transformation.
  • Drive growth by leading solution development, supporting sales teams, and winning complex, multi-tower deals.
  • Engage Provider C-suite leaders as a trusted advisor on major programs.
  • Lead solution development for bids, ensuring offerings are differentiated, scalable, and executable.
  • Collaborate across consulting, delivery, engineering, and product teams to bring integrated solutions to market.
  • Strengthen alliances with key partners (Epic, Oracle Health, Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, cybersecurity vendors, Google, Leading AI players).
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI leaders.
  • Develop sales collateral for all solutions and services catering to healthcare providers.
  • Set Technical solution strategy aligned with an opportunity sales strategy.
  • Provide feedback and new ideas about improvement in solution value proposition.
  • Develop new AI solution approaches with respect to local market dynamics and competition.
  • Be knowledgeable of Healthcare Provider industry trends and new developments.
