The person hired for the position of Solutions Trainer will engage with our customers both remotely and onsite to facilitate training for our Solventum™ HIS software customers. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (5) five years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED from AND (11) eleven years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• 3 years of Experience in Inpatient, outpatient or Professional coding
• 3 years of experience in HIM, Revenue Cycle
• 3 years of experience as coder in Hospital setting
• Must be legally authorized to work in a country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
• New employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Leads demonstrations, and training for our customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, incorporating blended Learning & adult learning concepts.
• Implements Delivery of web -based and Live classroom training, as well as contribution to asynchronous training
• Supports project implementations with pre and post-go live participation with key project stakeholders.
• Determines applicable Training plans in coordination with customer and implementation resources
• Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum values and ethical standards.
• Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
