We are seeking a Solution Strategist who can blend healthcare workflow expertise with product strategy to shape highly practical, market-relevant solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has helped shape product direction, define market needs, translate client challenges into meaningful software capabilities, and partner closely with engineering and business teams to bring solutions to life. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting or developing solutions in environments such as Experian Passport, Waystar, ASKA, or similar patient access / revenue cycle platforms. We are also highly interested in candidates with hands-on knowledge of physician practice operations, acute patient access, registration, eligibility, prior authorization, collections, or front-end revenue cycle workflows.
