About The Position

As a Solution Sales Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to work with innovative conversational voice AI offerings, partner closely with account teams, and shape how organizations engage with their customers. With a mix of existing accounts and new logo pursuits, this role offers a dynamic portfolio and the ability to build a sales approach that fits your style while driving high-impact results. You will collaborate with account executives and solutions engineers to qualify opportunities, develop use cases, and position our conversational AI voice solutions to meet real business needs. The work you do will help clients modernize their contact centers and improve the experiences of the customers they serve. Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying experience selling voice solutions in contact center space
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
  • Deep knowledge of IVR/IVA and contact center technologies
  • Experience with Salesforce for forecasting and opportunity management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Healthcare or health/life sciences industry experience
  • Experience with conversational AI technologies
  • Existing relationships in healthcare provider market
  • Willingness to travel to customers as needed (25-30% travel expected)
