The Sales Development Representative is an integral part of Belden’s strategy, identifying and engaging with potential stakeholders and opportunities as part of pre-funnel activities in the United States. As a member of the sales team, this role will support Belden’s sales and marketing initiatives through phone and email engagement to vet interest and develop business relationships and opportunities. This inside position will leverage pre-qualified leads generated through marketing efforts to further qualify them per a defined set of criteria, and develop new business opportunities. Once an opportunity is sales-qualified by the Demand Generation Representative, it will be passed into Sales Funnel for further engagement. Our ideal candidate will be based in the Chicagoland area to take advantage of our hybrid work model, allowing for regular in-person collaboration and team-building at our Rosemont, IL office.
