We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Solution Prep Technician I to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing solutions in a controlled laboratory environment while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Requirements

Associate degree required (science-related field preferred); relevant experience may substitute
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
High attention to detail
Experience with laboratory equipment such as pumps, pipettors, and filtration systems
Ability to measure, weigh, and handle chemicals safely
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom practices
Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in laboratory or solution preparation preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare, formulate, mix, and filter solutions according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Perform in-process quality checks including specifications, labeling, and sterility testing
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and repository samples
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation
Operate pumps, filtration systems, and laboratory equipment using aseptic techniques
Ensure a clean, sterile, and bacteria-free work environment
Monitor production schedules and communicate needs or issues to the Supervisor
Identify inconsistencies and assist in troubleshooting and corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and inventory needs
Follow all safety procedures and comply with company, FDA, and ISO regulations
