About The Position

The Sol Operations Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day operations for Sol initiatives, programs, or product lines. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations or business management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • Minimum of two(2) years of experience with public health in the public sector government
  • Minimum of five(5) years of experience on a public health system as a sol operations lead

Nice To Haves

  • Lean / Six Sigma or PMP certification
  • Experience with ERP/CRM system

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operational activities to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Optimize tools, workflows, and automation systems
  • Standardize reporting structures and documentation
  • Drive accountability, performance tracking, and team development
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Product
