As a Solutions Engineer within IFS Nexus Black, you will partner closely with Strategic Account Executives throughout the sales lifecycle to help enterprise customers understand how AI can solve their most complex business challenges. This is not a traditional pre-sales engineering role. Success requires curiosity, business acumen and strong technical depth. You will combine consultative discovery, solution architecture and AI expertise to design customer-specific solutions that demonstrate measurable business value. You'll engage directly with executive stakeholders, technical teams and business leaders, translating customer objectives into AI-powered solutions while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams. You will play a critical role in helping customers move from vision to adoption by designing compelling demonstrations, leading proof-of-value engagements and influencing future product direction through customer insights.
