About The Position

Palo Alto Networks is looking for a customer-obsessed, technically curious Sr. Solutions Engineer (SE) who will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support both our IDIRA Workforce IAM and IGA initiatives across the Central US region. This role is remote, but distance is no barrier to impact. Our hybrid teams collaborate across geographies to solve big problems, stay close to our customers, and grow together. You will be part of a culture that values trust, accountability, and shared success where your work truly matters.

Requirements

3–5+ Years of IAM Depth: You know the core building blocks of identity inside and out—lifecycle management, federation (OIDC/OAuth), SSO/MFA, and zero-trust/least privilege frameworks.
Platform Experience: You’ve spent time in the trenches with platforms like CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, or Active Directory.
Strategic & Hands-On: You can jump from API testing in Postman to designing enterprise security roles that pass regulatory audits with flying colors.
Knowledge Multiplier: You don't just solve problems—you love teaching, documenting, and enabling your teammates and customers to succeed.
