About The Position

The Solution Engineer is responsible for delivering professional solutions to business stakeholders by translating business process requirements into a technical solution through design, implementation, testing, and training. In this role, you'll partner closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable, well-documented solutions that drive real impact.

Requirements

Experience configuring and implementing technical solutions.
Proficiency with relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, such as C#, Apex, or Python.
Strong business analysis skills, including documenting functional requirements.
Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Ability to manage project scope and compact timelines while setting appropriate customer expectations.
Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional, tactful demeanor.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
Experience composing and presenting business analysis documentation for stakeholder validation and approval.

Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and build business solutions following best practices to meet stakeholder needs.
Perform business analysis to gather information about business processes and customer needs from key stakeholders.
Test business solutions to ensure performance is as designed and resolve any identified issues.
Develop and support migration plans for business solutions across environments, guiding stakeholders throughout the process.
Document solutions and compose training materials; conduct training sessions for end users and transition key information to the support team.
Identify enhancements and process improvements to evolve product and solution functionality.
