About The Position

As the Solution Domain Expert for iPaaS & Integration, you will own the integration domain across Boomi's GTM motion, enabling the field, supporting strategic deals, and bringing deep iPaaS expertise to the opportunities that matter most. You sit alongside peers leading API Management and Data Management, completing the Domain Experts team as Boomi scales toward its growth platform ambition. This role does not carry quota, but directly shapes the deals that drive the most significant revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in iPaaS, integration, or adjacent domain in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of the integration market: key players, buying personas, and enterprise pain points (app sprawl, data silos, B2B complexity, hybrid connectivity).
  • Hands-on experience with integration architectures, connector ecosystems, B2B/EDI, MFT, and API-led integration.
  • Proven ability to build and execute sales plays end-to-end: ICP definition, messaging, asset creation, and enablement.
  • Confident communicator, equally effective with platform architects and C-level buyers.
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating across a distributed global team.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with the Boomi platform and familiarity with multi-product selling across Integration, APIM, and Data Management.
  • Experience in APAC or NA markets with knowledge of regional buying behavior and partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI and how integration platforms underpin AI agent connectivity.
  • Boomi Professional, MuleSoft Certified, or equivalent iPaaS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions and executive labs for Tier 1 iPaaS opportunities (HighACV, competitive displacement, multi-product).
  • Partner with AEs and SEs to shift deals from product-led to platform-led, connecting integration to the broader Boomi Enterprise Platform story.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and account planning with domain authority and tailored integration narratives.
  • Define and deliver 1-2 iPaaS sales plays per quarter across Demand Gen, Attach, and Expand motions.
  • Build play assets with PMMs and Field Engineers: talk tracks, demo kits, solution briefs, battle cards, and Highspot digital sales rooms.
  • Track play performance against pipeline and attach rate targets.
  • Coach Sales, SEs, and Field Engineers on iPaaS positioning and how to win against MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, SnapLogic, and Azure Integration Services.
  • Lead customer and partner workshops, executive briefings, and strategic account sessions.
  • Represent Boomi at industry events and analyst engagements.
  • Feed customer insights and competitive signals back to PMM and Product to shape the roadmap.
  • Track integration market trends including Agentic AI and hybrid integration and equip the field to respond.
