About The Position

Drive process improvements and enhancements in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and direct procurement platforms. Managing a team through the process of defining a roadmap, creating a strategy and implementing a solution. Designing, implementing, testing, and deploying necessary components using the latest technologies and best practices; Managing the selection of enterprise middleware platforms and frameworks for building integration assets to optimize for flexibility, long-term viability, and time to market; Establishing programming standards and program documentation requirements; Reviewing the current status of services and preparing recommendations for service improvements; Managing, defining, and governing middleware & integration architecture standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies through the end to end life cycle; Ensuring effective enterprise IT infrastructure deployment, and effectively managing consolidation of disparate solutions for reduced technology spend; Managing proactive technical oversight and mentorship to integration services architecture and development teams fostering re-use, design for scale, stability, and operational efficiency; Managing a staff throughout the development and implementation of Planning / Procurement applications which include tools supporting the Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning processes as well as Strategic Sourcing, Supplier and Contract Management, and Direct / ERP Procurement processes; Leading and coaching staff through projects including the planning, analysis, detailed design, partnering with development teams, testing, implementation, and transition to support for in scope systems; and, Providing enhancements and ongoing problem management for the deployed applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Seven (7) years of professional work experience in understanding, utilizing, and performing process reengineering on end-to-end processes in Integrated Business Planning and Source to Pay.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle E-Business Suite ERP modules including Oracle Inventory, Oracle Work In Process, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle iSupplier, Oracle Engineering, Oracle Quality, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Demantra, Oracle Order Management, and Oracle Shipping Execution.
  • Gathering Business Requirements from business team for implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, & Oracle Demantra.
  • Managing & coordinating technical & functional team members to develop and deploy out-of-box & custom features to meet business requirements.
