Requirements

• Strong background in enterprise data architecture and cloud data platforms
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, or similar ecosystems
• Experience designing data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, integration layers, and analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, access management, and compliance considerations
• Ability to assess fragmented enterprise landscapes quickly
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, finance, or multi-site enterprise experience
• ERP, CRM, MES, reporting, or operational systems integration experience
• Experience with AI readiness, ML/AI platforms, GenAI enablement, or data products

Responsibilities

• Assess current source systems, data flows, integrations, reporting flows, and architectural constraints
• Identify data fragmentation, architecture gaps, platform risks, and key dependencies
• Define the target-state / North Star data platform architecture
• Evaluate platform options such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS, or comparable technologies
• Recommend platform and toolchain direction based on business value, technical fit, cost, scalability, EU data residency, and operational feasibility
• Define integration patterns, data movement principles, and data platform building blocks
• Support AI readiness assessment from an architecture and data foundation perspective
• Provide input into data governance, access, security, and compliance principles
• Assess technical feasibility of prioritized use cases
• Support Phase 2 roadmap, implementation sequencing, and high-level sizing
