About The Position

We are building a small, high-impact EU capability to strengthen how Clinisys supports complex healthcare informatics opportunities across Dutch-, German- and English-speaking markets. This role combines clinical and technical pre-sales expertise with the coordination and development of RFPs, RFIs, SQTs and other customer submissions. Working closely with EU Sales Leads and subject-matter experts, the role will translate customer requirements into clinically credible solution proposals, tender responses, demonstrations and workshops. The role will also support improved bid quality, consistency, compliance tracking, demo readiness and reusable content across the region, with a particular focus on molecular diagnostics, genomics and associated laboratory workflows. Requirements

  • Working knowledge of bid and proposal processes within complex B2B software environments.
  • Knowledge of molecular diagnostics, genomic testing and associated laboratory workflows.
  • Ability to translate clinical and technical requirements into solution proposals, demonstrations and structured responses.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, plus Dutch or German.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools such as Copilot and Loopio.
  • Customer-facing pre-sales or solution consulting experience within healthcare IT, diagnostics, pathology, life sciences or similarly regulated B2B software.
  • Proven experience in molecular diagnostics and/or genomic testing.
  • Experience coordinating RFI/RFP responses or supporting complex commercial proposals in a sales-led environment.
  • Experience delivering customer demonstrations or workshops and translating requirements into solution approaches and written proposals.
  • A relevant clinical, scientific or healthcare qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
  • This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with NGS, molecular assays, digital pathology or laboratory information systems (LIS).
  • Knowledge of anatomic pathology.
  • Familiarity with EU procurement and tender environments.
  • Experience with bid tools such as Loopio.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate EU RFI, RFP and SQT responses, including requirements, compliance mapping, gaps, risks, actions, timelines and submission readiness.
  • Develop clinical and technical response content with Sales Leads and subject-matter experts, including proposed solutions, high-level architecture and integration approaches.
  • Prepare and deliver customer demonstrations, workshops and discovery sessions, adapting content to customer requirements.
  • Maintain demo environments, datasets and configurations, together with response libraries, demo scripts and other reusable bid materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functional contributors, escalate delivery issues where required and use Loopio, Microsoft 365 and Copilot to improve output quality and efficiency.
  • Travel across Europe as required, typically 20–40%.

  • Salary: €52401 – €65502 – €78602 per annum, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications (Ghent, Belgium)
  • Salary: €55025 – €68781 – €82537 per annum, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications (Netherlands)
