As a Solution Architect on our myEvolv consulting team, you will partner directly with clients to design and implement solutions that support care delivery across behavioral health, substance use, and foster care settings. You will lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows, translate real-world needs into system designs, and develop solution blueprints that align with Netsmart best practices. In this role, you will also serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization while providing solution expertise, troubleshooting support, and knowledge transfer throughout the engagement. In this fast-paced consulting environment, you will manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving, organization, and the ability to navigate complex, high-pressure scenarios while managing client expectations and ensuring successful project delivery. This role is a great fit if you have clinical experience and have worked with EHR systems, as you will use that background along with technical tools and data to design practical workflows that support better care and stronger client outcomes.
