About The Position

The Solution Architect supports the design and evolution of solution architectures starting with the new digital solutions portfolio in collaboration with senior architects, engineering, product, sales and operations teams. The role combines solution design, technical coordination, documentation and customer-facing activities in an international environment. Working closely with experienced architects, the successful candidate will develop strong architecture, communication and technical consulting skills through customer projects. The position offers a clear growth path toward Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales and Operational leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong interest in solution architecture and cloud technologies
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a remote and international setup
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Sensitivity to security and compliance topics
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Fluent in English is mandatory; French is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
  • 1–2 years of experience in software engineering, cloud, DevOps, system integration or technical solution design
  • Initial knowledge on modern software architectures, APIs and containerized environments
  • Interest in customer-oriented solutioning, technical coordination and architecture activities
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow toward a Solution Architect role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to solution architecture and design activities in collaboration with senior architects, product teams and development teams to address business and customer requirements
  • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical analysis and contributing to solution proposals and customer discussions
  • Collaborate with development, product and operations teams to ensure consistency between business needs and technical implementation
  • Participate in customer workshops and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to architecture and technical documentation supporting project delivery and operational activities
  • Support ongoing projects through coordination, troubleshooting follow-up and technical assistance
  • Participate in architecture reviews and continuous improvement initiatives related to delivery processes and operational efficiency
  • Stay informed about modern technologies, cloud-native environments and security best practices
  • Follow architecture standards, security guidelines and engineering best practices
