Solution Architect
About The Position
Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Solution Architect with our client in Golden Valley, MN. The Solution Architect is the senior solution design authority responsible for defining, governing, and assuring solutions across the Oracle and non-Oracle Cloud ecosystem. This role provides strategic design leadership across multiple programs, business groups and technologies, ensuring alignment between business strategy, cloud platform capabilities, and long-term architectural design goals. This role owns solution design governance, standards, and decision frameworks, and serves as the final escalation point for design risk, cross-program consistency, and complex design decisions across Oracle and non-Oracle cloud platforms, integrations, data, security, and reporting.

- Bring strong experience in cloud architecture, integrations, Oracle platforms, and enterprise systems
Responsibilities
- Own the overall solution design for cloud applications across teams and systems
- Define current, transition, and future solution designs aligned with business goals
- Ensure consistency by reusing standard design patterns
- Set and maintain solution design standards, principles, and governance
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and easy to support
- Lead enterprise integration strategy, APIs, and data ownership models
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Work with business and leadership to align technology with business needs
- Explain complex technical ideas in simple terms for leadership
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
- Mentor architects and promote best practices and knowledge sharing
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve solutions
