About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to design, implement, and oversee technical solutions that align with business objectives.The ideal candidate will have expertise across various technologies, a solid foundation in risk management, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale solution architecture initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
  • Extensive background in one or more of the following areas: software development, technical architecture, network infrastructure, cloud technologies, DevOps, or cybersecurity.
  • Deep understanding of risk assessment and risk management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into non-technical language for diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with both technical and non-technical team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive technical solutions that align with business goals, considering scalability, security, and long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Lead the technical architecture design process across multiple domains, including cloud infrastructure, DevOps, software development, and cybersecurity.
  • Assess potential risks and devise risk mitigation strategies, ensuring all solutions adhere to best practices for risk management.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet quality, performance, and reliability standards.
  • Ensure that technical designs are in alignment with enterprise architecture standards and technological advancements.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders, providing insights on the potential impacts of architectural decisions.
