About The Position

Silent Eight is hiring a senior, hands-on, customer-facing Solution Architect to support customers in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. The role is the primary technical point of contact for customers, from Proof of Value engagements using customer data through deployment, production go-live, and third-line support. The architect also helps existing customers adopt new services and connects customer teams with Silent Eight’s engineering team in Poland. The position is fully remote and based in Singapore (preferred) or Poland, working on Singapore time (GMT+8) with some flexibility. Occasional travel is expected, roughly twice a year, typically for 2–3 days at a customer site for project kick-off and technical implementation discussions. The role has no people-management responsibilities. The engagement is a B2B contract in Poland or an employment contract in Singapore. Silent Eight offers competitive salary, paid days off, a quarterly wellness allowance, development opportunities, paid Development Days, in-house training, and a collaborative working environment at a fast-growing RegTech company.
