About The Position

Accellor is an AI-native services firm delivering AI, data, engineering, enterprise applications, and product engineering services across industries including healthcare and life sciences. The Solution Architect will lead a Veeva Vault CRM-to-Salesforce migration project and work across complex, multi-workstream programs with distributed teams and challenging data and timelines. The role requires translating ambiguous technical problems into clear architecture decisions and guiding junior team members.

The architect owns end-to-end solution design across assigned workstreams, including data models, integrations, security, and platform configuration. They lead Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud design and delivery for Life Sciences use cases, connect CRM, data platforms, external systems, and AI capabilities, and align functional requirements with technical implementation. The role also includes technical governance, mentoring, pursuit support, and developing reusable assets and use-case patterns for the practice.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of Salesforce delivery experience, including meaningful experience in both functional and technical roles on full-lifecycle implementations.
• At least 4 years as a Solution Architect or senior technical lead on at least two end-to-end Salesforce programs.
• At least 2 years of working knowledge of data architecture, identity resolution, segmentation, and real-time activation patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or an equivalent pharmaceutical or biotechnology CRM, and understanding of commercial and patient-facing use cases.
• Experience with Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva CRM, or the Veeva-to-Salesforce migration landscape and integration patterns.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentforce use cases, including AI-powered workflow automation.
• Exceptional practical integration experience designing integrations across CRM, data platforms, and external systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing consulting environments leading technical workstreams in Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing or delivering Agentforce Voice, contact center AI, or conversational agent solutions in Life Sciences.
• Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Accreditation, or Certified Application Architect credential.
• Experience managing technical delivery across distributed onshore/offshore teams.
• Prior experience contributing to RFP responses or solution design in a pursuit context.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across assigned workstreams, including data models, integration patterns, security models, and platform configuration.
• Keep solution design documents, architecture decision records, and data flow diagrams current throughout delivery.
• Own technical design and build for Agentforce use cases, including patient services agents, HCP engagement agents, and Voice AI integrations.
• Lead Data Cloud implementation tracks covering data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profile design, segmentation, and activation.
• Identify and resolve data quality and governance issues.
• Design and implement integrations among Data Cloud, CRM, external data sources, and Agentforce capabilities, making architecture tradeoffs across middleware options such as MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, and Salesforce Connect.
• Bridge functional requirements and technical delivery, aligning architects, developers, and client stakeholders on design decisions and scope boundaries.
• Lead design sessions, code reviews, and deployment governance; manage solution risks, design gaps, and cross-workstream dependencies; escalate proactively.
• Guide and mentor L8 architects and analysts, set team technical standards, and build capability in Data Cloud and AI delivery practices.
• Support estimation, scoping, and staffing during pursuit phases and contribute architecture content to RFP responses and orals.
• Build accelerators, methodology assets, and Life Sciences-specific AI use-case patterns for reuse across the practice.
