About The Position

They are seeking a Solution Architect to help customers understand the future of their workforce by moving beyond product features to solve complex business challenges with smart, scalable solutions. This high-impact role involves serving as a technical and strategic backbone for the Sales and Customer Success teams, translating customer business pains into actionable roadmaps using the Hirevue platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years in HCM consulting.
- Deep understanding of Software-as-a-Service delivery models and how they integrate into enterprise ecosystems.
- Ability to translate "tech-speak" into "business-speak" effortlessly, tailoring your message for HR directors or CTOs alike.
- Enjoy digging into the data to build a compelling narrative for change.
- Motivated, solution-oriented professional who works well independently but values a collaborative team win.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive-level stakeholders to redesign hiring processes that are more efficient, fair, and data-driven.
- Design and present ROI analyses that clearly articulate the financial and cultural impact of investing in Hirevue.
- Lead high-level demonstrations that focus on holistic business outcomes rather than just "clicks and buttons."
- Stay ahead of Human Capital Management (HCM) trends to act as a trusted advisor for both clients and internal teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, coaching colleagues on effective consulting strategies and industry best practices.
