We are looking for an RBO Solution Architect who will drive the architecture and continuous evolution of the Bank's Remote Banking (RBO) platform. The primary goal of this role is to design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions that align business needs with enterprise architecture principles. You will ensure architectural consistency, regulatory compliance, and technical excellence while enabling the delivery of reliable digital banking services and supporting the platform's long-term modernization.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of IT experience with proven hands-on solution architecture in customer-facing complex systems
• Strong expertise in API design & management, including OpenAPI Specification 3.0 and API Gateway patterns
• Deep knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture, performance troubleshooting and best practices with hands on implementations in production
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), enterprise integration patterns, and resilience patterns (Circuit Breaker, Saga)
• Knowledge with Java, Spring Boot, and modern programming practices (clean code, testing, algorithm design)
• Familiarity with modern AI development and product lifecycle management approaches
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching strategies
• Experience with workflow orchestration and BPM (Camunda or similar)
• Cloud expertise: AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda) and networking fundamentals, cost analysis and optimization
• Familiarity with observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) and deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in workshop facilitation, stakeholder negotiation, and technical leadership/mentoring

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for the business on technical and architectural questions
• Build and maintain the Software Architecture Document (SAD) with both business and technical architecture
• Collaborate with business analysts for requirements gathering, risk assessment, and ensuring alignment of solution architecture with business strategy
• Prepare IT solution documents compliant with Enterprise Architecture principles and banking compliance requirements
• Assure compliance of APIs with technical standards and security best practices (JWT, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, OWASP Top 10)
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to teams: code reviews, architectural best practices, and technical problem-solving
• Collaborate with development teams on integration design and business logic implementation principles
• Support architectural consistency and self-consistent technical decisions of the development team
• Coordinate technical debt management and architectural backlog prioritization
• Infrastructure cost analysis and optimization
• Mentor and coach development team members in technical directions, fostering a collaborative and security-first mindset
